These terms describe the use of the RoamingBags coming soon website and its email waitlist. RoamingBags is preparing an upcoming travel offering with a limited rollout in stages. RoamingBags is the project and brand name used for this prelaunch website in India. You can contact us at contact@roamingbags.com.
These preview terms do not create purchase, booking, publishing or product account conditions. Any future service will need its own applicable terms when it becomes available.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is optional. Provide an email address you control, choose whether to receive verification and rollout updates, and confirm the request using the verification email. Submitting the form does not itself confirm your subscription or guarantee that an email will arrive.
There is no charge for joining this waitlist. A request does not create a product account, reserve a place, establish invitation priority or guarantee access, pricing, features or a launch date. Availability and the scope of a future rollout may change.
Verification links expire after 24 hours. Duplicate requests do not automatically send another verification message. An expired pending request can be submitted again after the earlier record has been removed through cleanup.
Leaving and managing your request
You can leave using a removal link in a waitlist email or request a fresh removal link. You must confirm the action on the linked page. Removal deletes the active waitlist record and queued work; it cannot recall a message already submitted to an email provider. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and retention.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and only submit an address you are authorized to use. Keep verification and removal links private. Do not impersonate someone else, submit unsolicited addresses, attempt to access another person's records, send harmful content or disrupt the service.
Do not evade rate limits, probe for private credentials or automate abusive requests. We may refuse or limit requests to protect the website, its users and its infrastructure.
Content and intellectual property
The website introduces planned capabilities. Illustrations and example scenes are campaign material, not listings of bookable destinations, available guides or guaranteed services. Travel information is general inspiration; verify current entry rules, safety advice and booking conditions with the relevant official sources and providers.
Website text, branding, design and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website for lawful personal use. No broader license to copy, republish or commercially exploit protected material is granted by these terms. Third party assets retain their own licenses; see asset credits.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website available, but maintenance, technical issues or provider failures can interrupt it. Requests may be delayed or refused during an outage. Email acceptance by a sending service does not guarantee delivery to your inbox.
Links to other websites are provided for context. Their content, availability and terms are controlled by their operators. A link does not by itself imply an endorsement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, these terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or privacy protection that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before the courts or other forums with jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not restrict any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere or use an applicable consumer or data protection remedy.

The website and these terms may change as the project develops. Changes will be published here with an updated date. Any material new service or additional commitment will require its own clear information and any agreement required by law.
